Introduced to me by a customer during the 2011 Holiday Season, Cheesecake in a Jar receives mixed reactions. Some think it’s an
excellent idea; others aren’t so enthused about eating cheesecake in a jar??? For certain, once a person is reeled in, at
some point they end up giving in to the treat in the 4 oz. jelly jar, usually more than once.
Rachel’s Delectables is by no means the originator of the
single serving of cheesecake in a jar which provides wonderful portion
control. Martha Stewart and at least two
to three other cheesecake companies provide their own rendition of the on the
go dessert.
Behind the scenes the Rachel’s Delectables Cheesecake in a
Jar is undergoing quite a transformation to hopefully be unveiled in a couple
of local stores in Asheville, North Carolina. Until then, it’s available at Tailgate Markets, online and a
